Required quarantine and certification services for pets traveling internationally or entering the Philippines. Ensures compliance with international health standards.

Pet owners traveling internationally with their pets
Requirements
For Export:
• Updated rabies vaccination (at least 30 days old, not more than 1 year)
• Health certificate from licensed vet
• Import permit from destination country
• Microchip (ISO-compliant)
• BAI export permit application
• Processing fee: varies by destination
For Import:
• Import permit from BAI (apply at least 30 days before arrival)
• Health certificate from country of origin
• Rabies vaccination certificate
• Microchip
• Quarantine fee may apply
How to Apply
Apply online through BAI ePermits portal or visit BAI office. Process takes 2-4 weeks. For imports, advance application required.
