About This Program
Free spay/neuter surgeries for dogs and cats to control stray population. Includes pre-surgical examination and post-operative care.
Who Can Apply?
Cebu City residents. Priority given to low-income families and stray animals brought by residents.
Requirements
• Cebu City resident (Barangay Clearance)
• Valid ID
• Pet must be healthy and at least 6 months old
• Pet must be fasted 8-12 hours before surgery
• Advance registration required (limited slots)
How to Apply
Register through Cebu City DVMF office or during announced registration periods. Surgery dates will be scheduled after registration.
